We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date by contacting our support team.

Digital Products
Tech Help US primarily sells digital products, including:
- eBooks
- Downloadable guides
- Printable workbooks
- Checklists
- Templates
- Digital toolkits
- Educational resources
Your digital products are delivered electronically, typically by email and/or an on-screen download link immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download, or a link does not work, contact us at hello@techhelpus.com and we will resend access promptly.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds are handled under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your digital purchase, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will gladly review your request. Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse of the refund policy, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized redistribution of our digital products.
Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Some Tech Help US offerings, such as the Senior Tech Club, are membership subscriptions billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Tech Help US to automatically charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Any introductory or promotional pricing (for example, a discounted first month) applies only to the first billing period. The standard recurring price and billing frequency are disclosed at checkout before you enroll, and standard pricing applies to every billing period thereafter.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time, and cancelling is as easy as signing up. To cancel, contact us at hello@techhelpus.com or call 1 (800) 845-8709 (or use the cancellation option in your account, where available). Once you cancel, you will not be billed for future cycles. Your membership and access remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and recurring charges stop after that.
Subscription refunds. Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. If you were charged after cancelling, or believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance. The new price will apply only to billing periods after that notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your membership until your payment information is updated.
Physical Products
Tech Help US currently offers a limited selection of physical products, such as the printed Password Book available as an optional add-on at checkout. Additional physical products may be offered in the future.
Physical items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
- Include original packaging when applicable
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return, contact us before shipping any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we cover return shipping and will replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale or clearance items where prohibited by law

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return, if eligible, and place a new order.
Before You Dispute a Charge
If you have a problem with an order or a charge, please contact us first at hello@techhelpus.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us, particularly on digital products that have already been delivered and accessed, may be treated as a violation of this policy.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable laws.
For physical products, items must be returned in their original condition. For digital products, certain cancellation and withdrawal rights may no longer apply once digital content has been delivered or accessed, where permitted by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
